How do I connect my social media accounts?
Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click on the platform you want to connect. Follow the authentication steps to grant PostlyPro access to your account.
Can I schedule posts to multiple platforms at once?
Yes! When creating a post, you can select multiple platforms to publish to. Each platform will show a preview of how your post will appear.
How does the AI caption generator work?
Our AI analyzes your image, brand voice, and target audience to generate relevant captions. You can specify the tone, length, and include hashtags or emojis.
What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?
Youll receive a notification if a post fails to publish. The post will be moved to your drafts where you can review any issues and reschedule.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
